Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help! If you have any questions please email us at customerservice@thefestivenest.com
- We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped.
- All items must be in NEW condition- with original tags attached. All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- All sale items are final sale.
- All custom items are final sale.
- Damage or defect? We are so dang sorry! Please contact us immediately (within 4 days of delivery) and we will get you taken care of.
- All items are nonrefundable, store credit will be issued for returns postmarked within 30 days of order date.
- After 30 days, returns for store credit or exchanges are not permitted.
- At this moment, we are not offering free returns. Customers are responsible for return postage and all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
- Please include your packing slip in all returns, this helps us stay organized and ensure that credit is given to the correct customer.

- You can mail the return through UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box located inside another box for protection. No damaged boxes will be accepted. All undergarments, cosmetics, and food items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for hygienic purposes.
